A Zoom meeting was held tonight at 8 PM, led by Yaman Advocacy Cooperative Founder and Chairperson Lloyd Luna, a Filipino speaker, author, and leadership trainer known for his work in personal development, communication, and financial empowerment. During the session, he conducted a Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES) as required by the Cooperative Development Authority, equipping prospective members with essential knowledge about the cooperative’s principles, structure, and benefits.

In the same session, Hervie Fajardo, a seasoned real estate broker and expert Filipino speaker on sales and marketing, delivered a talk on profile writing using prompts. He is also known for his specialization in technology, particularly in artificial intelligence and automation, integrating these tools into practical strategies for personal branding and business growth. His session focused on helping participants clearly articulate their personal and professional identities while leveraging modern tools to craft compelling and purposeful narratives.

As the cooperative steadily expands its reach, it also showcases the expertise within its own community. Every Tuesday, Yaman highlights a “Speaker’s Spotlight,” where members share their knowledge and professional experience—strengthening a culture that has become central to the Yaman Advocacy Cooperative.

More than just a speaking platform, the initiative reflects Yaman’s broader philosophy: that learning, earning, and advocacy can happen at the same time. Members are not merely passive participants but active contributors, encouraged to teach, mentor, and advance the cooperative’s mission of poverty alleviation through training and education. In doing so, they help grow both the organization’s knowledge base and its shared resources, which are later redistributed through benefits such as dividends and patronage refunds.

This cycle of “learn, earn, and share” is further reinforced by Yaman’s free monthly learning sessions, access to leading Filipino speakers and trainers, and opportunities to build credibility through speaking, training, and content creation. The cooperative becomes a space where experts and learners meet—bridging the gap between those who can afford quality education and those who cannot.

Yaman is also geared towards becoming the Philippines’ largest and most reliable speakers’ bureau, with a growing membership of more than 100 professionals, public speakers, trainers, and resource persons from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao—reflecting its commitment to building a nationwide network of empowered educators and advocates.

Through its programs and active presence on social media, Yaman also fosters a sense of movement rather than simple membership. Participants are encouraged to advocate, invite others, and bring learning opportunities to underserved communities—transforming individual growth into collective progress. In this way, each Speaker’s Spotlight becomes more than just a presentation; it forms part of a broader, ongoing effort to empower Filipinos, expand access to knowledge, and move closer to the cooperative’s vision of “one wealthy nation.”

This initiative is in partnership with Philippine Association of Professional Speakers and the Public Speaking Institute.
