Engr. Ednel Peter A. Madriaga ME, REB, REA, MBA, CPS® is a Filipino entrepreneur, tri-licensed professional, and public servant committed to building both sustainable businesses and empowered communities.

He is the Founder and Managing Director of Nel Realty, a nationally recognized real estate firm awarded as one of the Most Trustworthy Real Estate Agencies in the Philippines built on a foundation of integrity, client-centered service, and long-term value creation. A rare combination of technical expertise and business leadership, Engr. Madriaga is a PRC-licensed Mechanical Engineer, Real Estate Broker, and Real Estate Appraiser, giving him a multidimensional perspective in infrastructure, property development, and investment strategy.

He earned his Master of Business Administration (Cum Laude), further strengthening his strategic and financial acumen. Recognized for his leadership and industry expertise, he was headhunted by Amaia Land, an Ayala Land company, to serve as Sales Director for the Nuvali project, one of the country’s premier and fast-growing development corridors further affirming his strong track record in real estate and business development.

Before venturing fully into entrepreneurship, he spent years with global organizations such as Procter & Gamble and Coca-Cola, where he developed discipline in operations, cost management, and systems-driven execution skills he now brings into both business and governance.

As a certified public speaker and community leader, he actively advocates for financial literacy, responsible real estate investing, and inclusive local development. His leadership in public service is anchored on transparency, strategic planning, and results-driven programs that create real impact on the ground.
