Atty. Jasper “Jas” Alberto H. Lascano, EnP, FPCHA, is a lawyer, environmental planner, hospital management leader, and professional speaker with more than 20 years of experience in government and the private sector.
His work spans urban and environmental planning, healthcare institutions, and highly regulated systems. He is currently President of Fortunetown Properties Corporation and Officer-in-Charge of Global Asiana Energy Corporation, where he oversees urban development, sustainability initiatives, renewable energy programs, and organizational strengthening.
As a licensed Environmental Planner and active member of the Philippine Institute of Environmental Planners (PIEP), he has led planning, regulatory, and sustainability initiatives. He previously served as Regional Director of the DENR–Mines and Geosciences Bureau, supervising environmental governance and regulatory enforcement.
In the healthcare sector, he served as Vice President for Corporate Affairs, Planning and Development and Chief Resident Legal Officer of a tertiary hospital, and as Associate Corporate Secretary to four government corporate hospitals under the Department of Health, supporting governance and strategic direction.
He also served as Service Director of the Food and Drug Administration of the Philippines, contributing to regulatory reform and quality management systems.
As a professional speaker, he is a member of the Philippine Association of Professional Speakers (PAPS) and the Yaman Advocacy Cooperative, engaging in leadership development and values-based advocacy initiatives.
He delivers executive programs grounded in governance discipline, resilience, and systems thinking.
