May chance na mas lumago ang pera mo dahil may dividend income ka as a shareholder. Habang tinutulungan mong lumalaki ang kita ng Coop, lumalaki din ang interest na makukuha mo. Mas marami tayong kikilos para ma-promote at ma-refer ang mga services natin, mas madaling lalago ang pera natin. Of course, ang dividend income mo ay depende sa share capital na nilagay mo. Minimum share capital is P1000 lang.

Every time you’d avail or refer our products and services, may patronage refund ka. Mas nag-aavail ka at mas maraming referral, mas lumalaki ang perang makukuha mo. Gumastos ka pero may bumalik pa rin sa ‘yo.

Free monthly learning sessions online (or sometimes onsite) year after year after year. Forever. If member ka, hindi ka mawawalan ng opportunity for learning. Buwan-buwan, may pupuntahan ka para ma-inspire at matututo. Para lumaki yung chance mong maging successful sa buhay.

Get as high as 80% discount sa mga products and services ng coop. Kung mag-eenroll ka sa mga training programs natin, hindi buo ang babayaran mo. Halimbawa, sa Public Speaking Institute, kung ang Certified Public Speaker Program costs P30,500 para sa iba, P5,500 na lang ito kapag member ka ng Coop. Eh marami tayong learning programs sa ating Yaman Schools, remember?

Yakap sa Mamamayan (also known as Yaman Advocacy Cooperative), founded by Asian-Filipino motivational speaker and author Lloyd Luna, is an advocacy cooperative established alongside Filipino professional speakers and trainers, thought leaders, subject matter experts, and key opinion leaders aimed at addressing poverty through free learning programs.

Regular membership are reserved for professional public speakers, trainers, thought leaders, key opinion leaders, and subject matter experts.
To qualify to teach, a regular member must be a member of Philippine Speakers Bureau. Dapat graduate ka ng Certified Public Speaker o CPS® Program or Public Speaking Fellow o PSF® program mula sa Public Speaking Institute. Or, mayroon ka nang at least 5 years as a professional speaker or trainer.

Associate membership are for students, out-of-school youth, teachers, freelancers, all working professionals, self-employed individuals, private and government employees, elected officials from barangay level to local government to national posts, entrepreneurs, and civic society and church leaders.
Our application in Cooperative Development Authority is on process. As of July 2025, we have completed our Pre-Registration Seminar with the Cooperative Development (CDA) of the Philippines.

We’re not a credit cooperative. Hindi po kami ‘yung nagpapa-utang ng pera ng members. We’re not an electric cooperative. We’re not an employees cooperative. We are not other types of coop.
We are an ❤️🔥 advocacy cooperative, which means we grow our wealth while pushing for our cause. Yung kinikita ng coop from our talks, seminars, and training ang pinapalaki namin para makapagbigay kami ng benefits sa mga members namin.

We have work-at-home moms, dads, aunts, uncles, retirees, part-time and contractual workers, out-of-school youth, and students in our community.
Kahit ano pang estado mo sa buhay, 🫠welcome ka sa Cooperative namin — either tapag-turo ka or tinuturuan.
