Dr. Josephine Dayag, REB, REC, REA
Josephine Arcilla Dayag is a licensed Real Estate Consultant, Appraiser, and Broker. She served as President of the Calamba-Laguna Real Estate Board (CLRB), Inc. in 2013. A lifetime paid member of the Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards Inc. (PAREB) where she currently serves as a National Director and appointed as Education and Information Committee Director-In-Charge.
She is an accredited lecturer and speaker of the Professional Regulation Commission for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and the Real Estate Brokerage Seminar for New Salespersons (REBS-CTP), holding an accreditation number 0073.
Her dedication to the real estate profession includes a leadership role as Director of the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders Associations, Inc. (CREBA) Laguna chapter. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR-USA), the Philippine Association of Real Estate Consultants and Specialists (PARCS), the Philippine Association of Real Estate Appraisers (PARA), PHILRES, and PFRESPI. Additionally, she is a Certified International Property Specialist and a Certified Public Speaker (CPS).
She is actively involved in regulatory and ethical real estate practice. She became a member of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Bantay Colorum and serves as the Liaison Officer of PAREB National Task Force Anti-Colorum (TFAC), as well as the PAREB South Luzon TFAC Regional Chairman for years.
Specializing in project and subdivision selling, Josephine has received numerous prestigious awards for exceptional sales performance from various subdivision developers. Beyond her focus on helping people become homeowners, she is passionate about empowering individuals to become entrepreneurs.
Academically, Josephine earned her Bachelor’s in Office Administration (BOA) degree from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Sta. Mesa Manila, in 1993. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from the Laguna College of Business and Arts (LCBA) in 2012. She also pursued a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) at Colegio San Juan de Letran Calamba. During the pandemic, she furthered her studies and graduated in August 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management (BSREM) from the Lyceum of Alabang, where she is now a faculty member teaching BSREM subjects. She was also honored with an Honorary Causa by the Ybarra Scholars and Fellows Society.
