📜Applicant’s Qualification
If para sa ‘yo ang Yaman Advocacy Cooperative, here’s a couple of things we need from you to be considered as a member.
Any Filipino, of legal age, who is willing to 🥊 fight for our advocacy, 😍 learn with us, and ❤️🔥 share the wealth.
If you’re a professional, public speaker, resource person or subject matter expert in a particular field, industry or study, a trainer, or a key opinion leader, you can join as a teaching member.
🔎membership types
There only two basic membership types in Yaman Advocacy Cooperative:
- ASSOCIATE. If you’re a student, new graduate, self-employed, working professional, private and government employee, entrepreneur, church or civic leader, work-from-home member of a family, or if the Cooperative classified you as such, this is your membership type. The annual fee is P700 plus P1000 one-time fee as share capital.
- REGULAR. If you’re a thought leader, professional public speaker, trainer, subject matter expert, or workshop facilitator, or if the Cooperative classified you as such, you can enlist in this category. The annual fee is P1200 plus P1000 one-time fee as share capital.

🎖️membership Responsibilities
As a part-owner (you’re not just a member) of the Cooperative, you’re bound to make tons of opportunities — including an annual paycheck in a form of a dividend, non-taxable income — at the end of each year.
But first, we expect you to not only PATRONIZE our training and speaking services but also to REFER them to anyone, any company, any organization that you know. By doing so, we increase our revenue.
As a member of Yaman Advocacy Cooperative, you are expected to:
👧Associate Members
PAY YOUR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP in full upon membership acceptance.
PAY YOUR SHARE CAPITAL anytime within your active membership. The minimum share capital is P1000. This is subject to the approval of the Board.
ATTEND MONTHLY COMPLIMENTARY ONLINE SESSION for at least 8 out of 12 monthly sessions per year. Forever FREE for members.
ATTEND AND REGISTER at the Annual General Assembly online or onsite.
REFER OUR TRAINING PROGRAMS to any organization, communities, and schools maybe at least once a year.
RECRUIT YOUR FRIENDS, families, and associates to join Yaman Advocacy Cooperative.
LIKE, ADD, AND FOLLOW all our social media accounts (Facebook, Facebook Group, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, and Tiktok) upon membership acceptance.
SHARE OR REPOST ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS the learning session/meeting photo posted in our Official Facebook Page and TAG our Page.
COMMENT ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS at least twice a week and TAG some of your friends in your comment.

PAY YOUR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP in full upon membership acceptance.
PAY YOUR SHARE CAPITAL anytime within your active membership. The minimum share capital is P1000. This is subject to the approval of the Board.
BECOME AN ACCREDITED SPEAKER under the PHILIPPINE SPEAKERS BUREAU by becoming a member of Philippine Association of Professional Speakers (P5,000 annual membership fee, 50% of the fee shall be paid by the Cooperative).
VOLUNTEER YOUR TIME to teach our members either online or onsite and join our outreach education drives in select communities nationwide
ATTEND AND REGISTER at the Annual General Assembly online or onsite.
REFER OUR TRAINING PROGRAMS to any organization, communities, and schools maybe at least once a year.

🔎Bakit natin ito gagawin?
⚠️As a Cooperative, 🙅♀️we don’t allow non-cooperating members. That’s why we are a “cooperative.” Everybody must do their fair share of time, effort, and resources because every member is an owner of the Cooperative.
❌WE DON’T WANT ANY MEMBER TO SIMPLY GET REWARDED without helping the Cooperative generate revenues.
🧐 We implement an annual membership review before renewal.

Yakap sa Mamamayan (also known as Yaman Advocacy Cooperative), founded by Asian-Filipino motivational speaker and author Lloyd Luna, is an advocacy cooperative established alongside other top Filipino professional speakers and trainers, licensed professionals, thought leaders, subject matter experts, academicians, resource persons, and key opinion leaders aimed at addressing poverty through free learning programs.
Our ♥️ advocacy centers on poverty alleviation through 🥷🏻 free training and 📗education.
Yung mga excessive at expensive fees sa mga talks, seminars, training, and workshops, hindi mo na problema! Libre na if member ka ng kooperatiba.

For questions, you can join our Yaman Pre-Membership Education Seminar.
Regular membership is reserved for professional public speakers and trainers with more than 10 years in the speaking business or as may be approved by the Board.
To qualify to teach, a regular member must be a member of Philippine Speakers Bureau. Dapat graduate ka ng Certified Public Speaker o CPS® Program or Public Speaking Fellow o PSF® program mula sa Public Speaking Institute. Or, mayroon ka nang at least 5 years as a professional speaker or trainer at member ka ng Philippine Association of Professional Speakers.

Associate membership is for professionals, public speakers, academicians, trainers, subject matter experts, resource persons, students, out-of-school youth, teachers, freelancers, all working professionals, self-employed individuals, private and government employees, elected officials from barangay level to local government to national posts, entrepreneurs, and civic society and church leaders.
Our application in Cooperative Development Authority is on process. As of July 2025, we have completed our Pre-Registration Seminar with the Cooperative Development (CDA) of the Philippines.
We’re not a credit cooperative. Hindi po kami ‘yung nagpapa-utang ng pera ng members. We’re not an electric cooperative. We’re not an employees cooperative. We are not other types of coop.
We are an ❤️🔥 advocacy cooperative, which means we grow our wealth while pushing for our cause. Yung kinikita ng coop from our talks, seminars, and training ang pinapalaki namin para makapagbigay kami ng benefits sa mga members namin.
Primary cooperative kami. We provide professional speeches and training for all other types of cooperatives. Hindi kami kalaban. Kakampi kami ng bawat kooperatiba.

We are, however, a national cooperative. We operate in the entire country. We do our learning programs online and onsite. We maximize the use of available 🤖 technology to build this cooperative.
